Editorial Guidelines for Submissions to The Voice of Virginia Baptist
These guidelines are designed to help our constituents understand what is acceptable for inclusion in our Convention Newsletter. Before submitting to the editor, please read these guidelines completely.
Articles or submissions will only be accepted from the individual designated by the chairperson, director, or president of your Auxiliary, Board, Commission, Committee or Department

Submissions MUST be typed in Microsoft Word (if unable to type, Ministry or Organization may pay a fee to have typed and edited). Faxed copies are not acceptable.
Photos must be sent in the following formats: jpeg, tif, pdf, word, or Microsoft Publisher
Submissions MUST HAVE proper English, spelling grammar, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure. Your submission must be proofed and double checked for accuracy.
Submissions MUST HAVE reachable contact name, telephone number and email address.
Accepted articles generally fall under but are not limited to these general topic areas:
-Upcoming Events
-Articles Written about Past Events
-Ministry or Organizational changes
